tos can be long because people will go out of their way to misinterpret it. i personally find it fair because on vrc tiktok majority of creators dont specify when asked, and its just alot easier to have the link somewhere shown. it really just depends how much you want it

it's alot easier to report a stagnant link on vrmodels vs trying to find an avatar id. if nintendo dmca's vrchat, vrchat will take it down no problem

what the fuck is wrong with people...it has to be for some kind of sick "fun" cuz theres no way they'll get away with using the design....

there are many avatars removed everyday from dmca requests, thats why publics go poof all the time. if pikachu has to go just so websites like this cant exist oh well

wish i saw more of this, its either people trying to cover a topic from the outside or the people inside only talking about the absolute worst parts of vr. like someone else said, the ones that are happy generally keep to themselves so its hard to show

it's all personal preference but if someone likes how an avatar looks then that is enough for most people regardless of price, if stats mattered as much as people said they did, there wouldn't be nearly as much of a market for things that aren't as optimized or- (1/2)
