1️⃣ RUM 2️⃣ 3️⃣ Miro Are the 3 things I would almost always recommend to any company. @benjamenpyle has kindly offered a comprehensive blog post for RUM. You might not have time to read it, bookmark it for when you do need it (because you will need it)

Aaaaand make it repeatable and get good at it as an organisation. ✅ Do we need more than one team? ✅ Will we benefit from people from more than one team be involved?

Overall, it's been an incredible experience so far. There are a few things that need improvement and a bit more thinking, but I don' think any of them are a show stopper (unless the models stop getting better or even get worse)
