@AlaskaAir Ugh this is a terrible idea. Alaska has always been a great airline and Hawaiian is anything but. They owe me thousands in refunds that they promised to me two weeks ago and trying to get my money back has become a fulltime job due to @HawaiianAir's total lack of responsiveness.

@HawaiianAir Following up, it's now been 13 days since my refunds were promised. I've followed up with you via phone, email, Twitter, Instagram. My bank is conducting an investigation and we've also reached out to @jprpublicity for commentary/assistance as I'm now reporting on this

@HawaiianAir This is the thousands @HawaiianAir wrongly charged me for /has been "processing" refunds for 10 days. Carrying this debt impacts my credit score AND makes me unable to use my credit card for purchases my family actually needs. @BusinessInsider whatcha think, want this article?
