@AerLingus exactly one year ago since my flight was cancelled for which I’m yet to receive a refund for, along with associated costs. Let’s go through the panto of re-escalating with Emerald. Is the hope that customers will just go away?

@AerLingus @AerLingus can you escalate again please? Emerald have gone dark …. again. As a reminder, this is ongoing since 4 February. A simple customer reimbursement and compensatory solution should not take 3+ months to resolve.

@AerLingus I’m still having a refund issue with your outsourced partner carrier Emerald Airlines. Ongoing since Feb 4th. It’s clear their philosophy is to ignore the customer until they just give up… they’ve picked the wrong customer. Kindly re-escalate the matter with them.
