@UvT_Jezus they did and they have cared - maybe not you β¦ maybe not others β¦ but acting like Caitlin Clark was the only player making a mark on WBB is ill informed and disingenuous

My dad found the newspaper article of me with Chi-Chi π₯²
When I was 9 years-old I met Chi-Chi Rodriguez at a junior golf clinic in Albuquerque, NM. When he asked if anyone wanted to a hit ball in front of him, I shot up my hand so fast, it felt like electricity shot out of me. He saw my eagerness, and with me already holding my favorite club, the 7-iron, I stepped on to the range and piped one. Chi-Chi gave me a high five, and made me feel like I was rockstar after he said, βHey! This is my clinic, not yours!β After the clinic he invited me and two other kids to play nine holes. And goodness, what a great experience it was it to play with someone so kind, so joyous, and encouraging. He especially won me over when I witnessed his signature putter sword dance during a casual round of golf. Making me part of his world for just a couple hours had such a positive impact on me, and helped me realize golf should be fun and enjoyed. Iβll never forget this day or what a wonderful man he was. RIP
