The citation in this manual that describes IPAC for "acute respiratory viruses" including SARS-COV-2 *DOES* list authors and is downloadable here:
New Ontario IPAC guidance made up a new category of precautions for illnesses that "spread through the air" but aren't "airborne" and don't require N95s 🤡🤡🤡 COVID is apparently just a little bit airborne [citation needed], so it doesn't require any airborne precautions. 🙃

Digging into the citations a bit and it does look like the made up category of precautions isn't entirely new. (e.g. A similar concept is described in an Oct 2024 document referenced in this one) but this manual was published last month.

@BarryHunt008 I put it at the end alongside a meme which isn't ideal now that I think about it. It was written by Public Health Ontario. I looked for more specific credits (like a committee) but didn't see anything.
