Today it’s Shirley Nolan’s birthday, and we’re remembering what a remarkable legacy she created, in her son Anthony’s name. Thanks to Shirley, over 26,500 people have received a stem cell transplant, giving them and their families hope. Happy Birthday Shirley, and thank you 💚

@EverTony81 We set a joining age limit at 30, as hospitals are more likely to choose younger donors, for a variety of medical reasons, and because research shows they tend to provide better outcomes for the patient. So it ensure we use our funds effectively and help as many people as we can.
