@heritage_lizzie Good read. I have had to spend £5k on architect/planning costs to repair some stonework (removing cement mortar to replace with lime) + remove a polysheet roof cover with lead (+ insulation) on a later extension roof to Gd II house. Likely can’t afford to do work now…
