i cant.. i need to sum up today’s chaotic ticket redemption for svt rh jkt • it seemed they did tix redemption manually, only few staffs and they had to manually check + find the tix which took time, hence long queues • tix redemption venue in a mall, but the queue started from the parking basement (?) and the queue was so long to the point carats started to queue from the ROAD. OUTSIDE THE MALL • the queue started to block public access and of course vehicles access to the parking basement • carat got her feet ran over by a car since they queued at the basement 😭😭 pls ina carats yall take care and stay healthy, ik this is so draining but yall need to be healthy to meet svt this weekend ok?!? 💔💔
