thanks 😋 i was impatient in the beginning so i shed a lot of weight via water fasts, ate an average of 300 cal and keep in mind im bulimic so if i ever binge (which i do a lot), im able to purge it
my rules have changed now but this what i used to do from bmi 30 to 24 🥰
