I'm so sorry. My family is very religious like that. many got Covid, got sick for a week or so then better. Then downplayed Covid, like it was the flu. Or like God protected them more. I've had Long Covid since last yr. Infuriating to minimize it.

The strange tingling & numbness. Memory lapses, missing words. Body aches still. I get out of breath suddenly, no reason. Crushing fatigue, hard to do the simplest things. I'm in PT now, Carpal tunnel both hands. After Covid, everything is different.

In early 2020, lots of us did get symptoms of paralysis. It hit our neuro system that hard. Some couldn't walk.. I remember focusing on trying to move my fingers, my hand. It was slow to respond, like signals in brain were misfiring. Very scary!

I never thought about the idea that we can get Post Partum Depression w a miscarriage, but it makes sense to me now. I know I was in a sad, dark place after for a long while.

I got sick with Covid 8 months ago today.
Some symptoms still...STILL..come and go. It's unlike anything I've ever known. Better days followed by a wave of symptoms again. A roller coaster, Corona coaster.
I hope you all feel much better soon. Mucinex, cough drops, Zicam help.

I was at Urgent Care today. Since LongCovid, I've had several ear infections/sinus infections. My already crap immune system is even crappier. ear pain is awful. Sometimes I can't hear, left ear esp. 2 yrs next week.

I got sick March 2020. It was shocking when I just stayed sick. Weak. So exhausted. Some things do/can help. Antihistamines, for me Benadryl at night. A lot of us are taking magnesium, it's helping. Pace & rest. I hope better days are soon for her🌻

I've had such a crap day. Car got stuck in snow, busy street. Tire locked up. Cops came; we were blocking traffic. Tow truck took 1 hour. So cold. And everything just awful. But this clip... quite EXTRAORDINARY

Exactly. In our LongCovid group, we are all first wave. Sick in Feb- March 2020, over 5000 of us. Still. So many of us kept testing positive for months. Then negative & positive again. It hides. It stays. It flares up in waves. Long, long time.

In mid 2020, I was telling everyone how it was affecting my EYES. Got sick March 2020. By May, my eyes turned very red and stayed that way. For 2 months.
It goes everywhere! And you felt it everywhere. My eyes hurt like glass was in them.

I don't understand it.. You can get really sick for months, yrs. And it's happening to 30% of people who get SARS-Cov-2. Kids as well.

I got Covid in mid March. Those excruciating Covid headaches lasted almost 6 months for me. Days all I could do was damp washcloth over my eyes, try to sleep. Top of head hurt, back of head, around eyes. Brutal.

I took a hot, steamy shower every day when I was the sickest, too. Could barely stand, but the steam felt so good. I sang in shower when could. Strengthen lungs. Cough it out. Mucinex. Cough drops. Gargle warm salt water. Day 66. Better most days. Some symptoms hang on

My hands and arms are still so clumsy, slow and weak with LongCovid. Last October, I was told I now have nerve damage. PT couldn't really help much. I can only do minimal exercises. I hope you get help, support and answers soon.

I miscarried twice, once at barely 8 1/2 weeks. But had to get medical attention, it wasn't complete. In Florida, a D&C like that would be illegal?
A lot of us never even know we are pregnant until 8-9 weeks. Florida Republicans hate women evidently

Then some symptoms get better. By May, off & on felt better. But they return. Days of bed rest again, then new awful symptoms. GI symptoms. Horrid nausea. I ate nothing for days. Got 1st round of prednisone, antibiotics. I had been to Covid ER wing 3x by May. Once for oxygen

Oh I knew it was something, all right, in March-April 2020. The loss of taste/smell lasted for over 3-4 months. And when it returned, it was damaged. Burning smells, metallic taste from o.j, dairy, some meat. All the brain inflammation w those BRUTAL headaches. Burning brain.💔
