SpaceX isn't auditing NASA. Nor would they have any input as to what goes on with NASA. Just like Nothrop, or Lockheed, etc. To ur original point, these companies all bid on contracts FOR NASA not against. They, including spacex, all work with NASA. Transparency is for all contractors.
