Trey Kaufman-Renn was an Indiana Mr. Basketball runner-up, widely recruited 4-star recruit who willingly took a redshirt year and then a mostly backup role for two years. and we haven't seen anything but him radiate positivity.
Purdue is lucky and it's so fun to see this moment.

good morning, Purdue football won 9 games in 2021, had All American superstars on both sides of the ball, beat a (gasp!) SEC team in Tennessee in their home state (with mostly backups!), and is returning a Cradle-worthy quarterback for a friendly 2022 schedule.
