@Dom_Investing Our closest ones are just over 100m away; they’re really great friends. Our other neighbours are about 400m away - also a great family. We’re very lucky with all of the people who live around us.

@Dom_Investing Thanks Dom. it’s a constant work in progress. I never wanted any help doing any of it - it’s pure hard work and lots of time. The reward is many times multiplied that way - even if it takes me much longer.

@nickth3kid Maybe Nick. But there’s a lot of what was very good Crypto back then which has pretty much gone to zero. There were a lot of people ruined in those years - it was tough to watch. I never feel anything like the risk with quality stocks.
