I recently learned there's a form of psychotherapy called "acceptance and commitment therapy" (ACT) It helps people learn to accept their values, feelings, and thoughts, so they can develop more mental flexibility and take actions aligned with who they are.

How @JeffBezos encourages Amazonians to have "bias for action": Make "two-way door" decisions fast. These are reversible decisions. You can reopen and go back through the door if things didn't go as expected. So next time when you make a decision, think if it's a two-way door!

3/ Find a recruiting buddy 🫂 No one loves the recruiting process. Often you feel like you are in a state of uncertainty and limbo. Going through the process with a friend is underrated. You can support each other emotionally and practice mock interviews together!
