@Reformed_Stoner I agree with you. Ugandans pay Ugx. 2m per term and expect their children to be given some sort of VIP treatment. The best advice to give such parents is to take their children to international schools where parents pay up to USD 3k termly.

I agree 100%. I remember vividly at school how I would perform well in subjects I'm scared of failing.
Productivity is driven either by curiosity or by fear. If you think you are highly unproductive, pick up something you are curious about or induce an artificial fear - ex deadlines, irrelevance, or failure. It's not always comfortable, but fear can be a powerful motivator.

@Mutuzo_M If you go to a boarding school three times a week to see your child, you are a nuisance. Just take your child to a day school or home-school him/her if you want to see them everyday.
