Really important work that shows a path forward. There is little debate that decision-making is improved by teamwork and this is a way to make that actually happen. We also need to start to move past case reports and use messier data sources.
Very cool paper that demonstrates the promise of multi-agent debate to improve diagnostic accuracy. Next step -- showing efficacy on a general set of cases (since you don't a priori know about the presence of errors). Congrats to the authors!

@BradSpellberg Agree completely - we wrote about this a few years ago. We can make a lot of patients fit the criteria, but it seems relatively fewer actually have HLH, esp among adults...
