I just got home after a massage from @MattEGarrett and I couldn’t be happier - my shoulders, neck and back are blissfully knot-free. Would absolutely, definitely recommend! PS: thanks to @DOPreston for the suggestion

@patpaddyg Lipsalve in the winter, plenty of sunscreen in the summer and drink plenty of water. I don’t think you really need to do much more than that unless there are specific issues you want to address.
