@AmazonHelp @officedepot Also I am pretty sure I have never gotten actual help from those links. I love Amazon but the quality of service has been declining since the introduction of Amazon’s own delivery option which has been the cause of 99% of my issues. Need a prime+ where only @FedEx delivers.

@AmazonHelp They deliver things to this building multiple times a day. The delivery instructions are “read the address”.
