@KidderStNoise @GiallorossiBlue Match day tickets expensive, lost three players and signed none in the window, a director of football who would not get a job at any other club in the football league, and owners who live abroad and have no interest.

@Roversssss @GiallorossiBlue Absolutely. Never forget the conversation I had around Etuhu when he was in talks. Was asked my advice on some crazy wages and they ended up paying even more.

@Roversssss @GiallorossiBlue You spent loads then - too much, yes, and on dubious signings, But still loads. I know it's different now.

@ShorrockColin @Rtid3119842015 True. The age old problem though. How do you increase income at a small town club. I remember Joihn Williams saying the only way to compete was to sell one of the best players every season and pay a massive wage to revenue ratio. That was in the Prem.

@KidderStNoise Guess thats a different argument. Most of them would walk into our team. He's clearly got his reasons but I dont believe it can just be team investment as Derby dont do that either.

@KidderStNoise Yeah the ones who sold Scott, Semenyo and Conway for big money. There is no doubt its a struggle financially for Blackburn &many but filling a £20m black hole every season is tough. He did get six players in the window - i guess the argument is maybe he didnt want them.

@KidderStNoise You know Bristol City got about £30m for scott, semenyo, Conway etc - and have 34-year-old Nakhi Wells as a lone striker.
