The “bad” news is that my body isn’t as fit at 41 as it was at 21. The good news is that I love it anyway. Does it frustrate me that it’s slower to heal, quicker to ache, & less responsive to diet and exercise? Yes. Will I keep putting it through the adventures anyway? Also yes.
