What is done in Turkey to prevent stray dog attacks? Nothing. Authorities insist that neutering dogs and returning them back to the streets is the actual solution (!). But the real problem isn't stray dog numbers, it's dog straying itself + #K öpekSorunu

There could be at least 10 million stray dogs in Turkey. Many of these dogs are feral. These dog populations are maintained by dog feeders and " dog lovers", not just in cities but also in rural and natural areas. Turkey is even worse than India on this regard! #K öpekSorunu
