I’ll have to check with our informatician if the count matrix will be there, but definitely all raw data should be available from dbGaP. There’s a process to getting access since it contains patient sequencing, but it is there!

@enrigranados Great memory! Some mice succumbed to GVHD… and ruxolitinib clearly treats that, so the interpretation was not so clear in the end. But we going to try again with fewer T cells.

@rsbhansaliMD @NatureMedicine @PennMedicine @CHOP_Research @GillSaar Super important Q. Hard to parse chicken from egg: persistent AML or persistent cytokine release/exposure? At least in the short term, cytokines don’t affect CAR fxn. And milieu largely similar to CART19 which doesn’t have the same problem. But not definitive by any means!
