UMOVA doesn’t supersede NC Constitution for state and local elections, as long as the NC Constit is compliant w the US Constit, which it is. UMOVA might apply to federal election, idk bc that’s not the issue here

@QuinnRayNC Why should our Never Resider get to vote in state or local elections? Zero skin in decisions impacting zoning, traffic, taxation, education. None. Excluding them is valid policy decision, better reflects community. If court overturns that, would be raw judicial activism
