We work with some really forward thinking, compassionate people who want to make accessing health care services as comfortable as it can be for those with additional needs. ๐ Bolton and what weโre doing here.
We've introduced noise-cancelling headphones for people who have additional needs. They aim to support people who experience noise sensitivity in the loud and busy hospital environment. It's hoped it will reduce barriers to accessing healthcare.

We're a finalist in the the Greater Manchester Health and Care Champion Awards ๐ Jody Petersen, Practice Educator and Sean Griffiths, Plaster Technician have been shortlisted in the Equalities Champion category. It's for their work in creating a Neurodiversity Toolkit.

Weโre welcoming #DisabilityHistoryMonth today, with the launch of our reasonable adjustments passport for staff. We know that weโre making progress with our support for our disabled staff, but weโve got a long way to go. Today marks a big milestone in this journey.
