Toby update: Got him referred to a neurology specialist in Wetherby and he's just had an MRI scan which revealed a slipped disc and others drying out (common with his breed). He's now going into surgery and fingers crossed we'll hear how it went sometime in the next 3 or 4 hours.

In many industries there are strict rules concerning 'conflict of interest' business practices. Should the publishing industry be governed by similar rules? e.g. literary agents who offer writing courses (with the suggestion that they'll only represent u if u complete the course)
