@TOI_CRM I would like to inform you that new vendor who is ready to delivery paper at door step was shared with your team but still I haven’t received a confirmation on when the paper delivery will start at my door step. I’m still waiting a response from Tushar Gore from your team.

@TOI_CRM The response which came in from your team was disappointing.Rather than educating the vendor of his responsibility she was asking me if refund could be initiated. Set some strong protocols for the vendors. What is the point paying vendor separately n still not getting delivery.
