@BritishGasHelp @BritishGas Also after complaint, I was told that I am entitled to receive a compensation of £15 for the problems caused !!!!! I DONT want compensation! I want this to be sorted when I have paid exactly for this emergency service for years !!’ Thank you

@BritishGasHelp Have done both. Not helpful. Changing appointments and not sorting out! I can’t stay up all night and stay home tomorrow as I work in NHS and I’m super busy . Can anyone sort it out by tonight??? I have already made a complaint but nothing works

I called this number numerous times, did web chat too with NO effects. I am diabetic and last few days of lack of heating is affecting my health. I’m very busy too and Its highly disappointing as well when I stayed home whole weekend and no one’s turning up in appts.
