I’ve been told to do “one thing a day that scares you.”. Heights scare me. Today I did about 850ft of elevation gain on a “strenuous and exposed route with iron aides and scrambling obstacles.”. I (nervously) put one foot in front of the other. The views were worth it. 🍁⛰🧗🏻♀️
