@KarenLefteri @SkyNews @ScottishPower I have this same issue with @ScottishPower. Smart meter has never worked even though it’s been replaced. Shocking customer service when you eventually do get to speak to someone. Terrible attitudes and no interest in helping customers.

@TheRangeUK is anybody working in your customer services department? I have emailed, tweeted and messaged via Facebook - still no further forward. It’s pretty poor to be honest. Can you please contact me urgently? Or provide a phone number so that I can actually speak to someone?

@TeamYouTube This is the reason that was given in the appeal but we don’t know what this means.We are genuinely confused about this.Can the team please tell me specifically what he did that violated community guidelines? Did he receive strikes or warnings prior to this? Thankyou

@TeamYouTube Hi, yes we received to result of the appeal but the message was very generic. We honestly have no idea what he may have done wrong and would appreciate some feedback so at least I can tell him what he did wrong. Thanks for your help

@TeamYouTube I have already appealed. The reason was ‘Spam,deceptive practices and misleading content’ but we genuinely don’t know what he has done wrong (if anything). As his parent,I monitored the account and received all notifications to my email.I would be grateful for any help with this.

@TeamYouTube @matt_kohrs My sons channel was also terminated. We have tried to find out why as we believe he has followed all of your rules. Can someone please look into this for me?
