I took 2day off.Yesterday I was in so much pain with arthritis.I missed my last 2 dental appts because of floods & delayed going as I was going to Nepal. Itβs never gr8 to have tx before going to a remote area. So today I was off to Bromyard&delighted I could make it up the hill.

It is surprising that the world has shown reluctance to put Putin in his place after three years of full-scale war, β Zelensky. I am also deeply troubled by how deceitful and hypocritical the world is. Proclaiming certain values, yet blatantly ignoring them. Saying "Never again," while allowing a new communist-Nazi regime to commit the same atrocities. Promising security guarantees, yet doing absolutely nothing. And now, the world wants to forgive this new Hitler, overlook all his crimes, and even reward him with occupied territories! This is outrageous!

@IhabFathiSulima I was a Sister on a liver unit .AFP was one of the measures all patients had as part of their assessment for transplant as a tumour marker.
