Another advice would be to acknowledge that you are not your work. Your work is a separate entity from you. If someone criticises your work, you don't need to take things personally as if they're roasting you.
Be ready for every kind of reaction when you post.

I'm always transparent about the tools I use as a graphic designer.
I don't use Adobe. I can't use Adobe. (for now)
I don't crack it. (against my values)
I use
@figma
&
@photopeacom
as my primary design softwares for everything I design.
And there's no point of hiding.🥸
Tools don’t matter when you’re freelancing, where you’d doubt your journey is when it comes to landing a good job. Don’t lie to people please.
If you have a laptop, learn Adobe creative softwares eg. Adobe illustrator, photoshop, Indesign and after effects.
