they bring new people in and within 3-4 months Andrey makes a huge step forward which kinda proves that Fer is just incompetent. This change hit him right in his ego because it showed that his methods were wrong but he’ll never admit it
you could call that honesty, but i’d respect it more if fer applies the same level of objectivity towards HIMSELF.
