One day I will refactor this JSON 'master piece' into some relational data. Things were much easier the old way. Though that JSON blob really does give much more flexibility when you don't know what exactly you're going to use yet. But really does make data confusing!

@Barney_H_Y I think high growth companies can exist everywhere. BUT, is a rainy country desirable enough to relocate to? I feel that the main problem, is likely that high-growth will not likely be high numbers of employees. Unsure on the solution for that. Hope not war!

@jasongorman How about just pair/mob by default with the test team. They have significant skills to add. As do others, including juniors.
