@JohnRossBeattie John, these e-bikes are a dangerous menace. They are ment to have speed limiters kn the at 15.5 mph. The riders were dark, they ignore Highway Code? Jump lights and ride on the pavements. As a blind guy walking in Glasgow these things put me in peril every day👩🏽🦯
