I had some wholewheat crackers that I didn’t take a pic of but it was less than half a (140cal) packet. Overall quite happy w today, especially in preparation for tomorrow! 😊 (I made cake AND biscuits ☺️)

I wonder if I will ever get to look normal again. I’m not talking about numbers on a scale, but a regular shape with no loose skin or excess fat. My sw was 100kg and I’m not 17, or 21, or even 25 anymore. I will keep trying but I might never get to be pretty again.

@serimisuu I see where they’re coming from but it’s not a slur. It gets used like one, but it’s not. It would be like saying “gay” or even “girl” is a slur bc bigoted ppl use it to insult even though it’s literally not. A slur is just offensive, it’s not a regular word used in a mean way
