personal reasons, but if you start restricting badly like not eating for weeks then i highly suggest taking electrolytes for energy and taking daily vitamins and aiming for high protein

it literally says it here too? the apples as an example are “waxed” too make them last longer but it doesnt change the calories from the apples that are grown in your garden, both the calories all the same

ONLY to watermelon which is done in almost every country expect if you are buying bio water melon & if its done or not the water melon will be the same calories, the natural sugar is added back in to the watermelon after ripening the syrup which speeds up the ripening process

yes obviously taller people burn more calories and i literally never said that they dont? body mass index is calculated with the height so it doesnt matter if you are short or tall if your bmi 18 it doesnt matter if your short or tall your body mass will be the same dumbss

the genetic modification literally has nothing to do with the calories of the food nor does it make any difference and genetic modification is done in almost EVERY country?? did you skip biology classes

bro who even lied to you? who told you that american fruit has 1.5x more calories? if you are eating organic fruit it will naturally be sweeter and higher in sugar which you suppose is in australia, this wont chnage any of the calories tho, its whole food
