@Jamesclle @LouSirr101 Let me put it like this, if we went in at half time against anyone 3-0 down, the game would be over at the break. He doesn’t have the managerial ability to muster anything like that up. Clearly a very very good coach, but doesn’t have what it takes to manage unfortunately.

@LouSirr101 @Jamesclle A major flaw in Carricks management and something that will probably hold him back from ever making it to the big leagues in his inability to change a game when things aren’t going right. No plan B. Subs are also usually poor, wrong ones or too late to have any real impact.
