Getting from zero to $2k MRR. πŸ”΄ Expectation ⚫️ Reality Progress happens slowly, then all at once. It just takes a long time to find something that works. Mainly, one good product and one good distribution channel. For me, it took 2 years, 20 products and 19 failed attempts.

sometimes i forget how much work i've put into cyberleads. an automation broke this morning and it took me 1 hour to forward all the leads to my clients. and i even made a little mistake. with the automation it’s one click.

@NapierHolland @levelsio this. in theory you could progressive overload the movements but anyone that has tried it knows that it's 1000X harder than just loading the bar. also, novice lifters see progress doing anything - the point is how do you progress after that phase.

nobody has time for your landing page. and no one cares about your beautiful animations. just explain what your app does in simple english. or even better, throw users into the app straight away.

i used to build so much useless shit because i wanted to be unique. basically i saw ideas as if they were bus seats: - "oops, this is taken, need to find a new one" if i could go back and give myself advice i'd say: - "drop your ego and build what the market wants. not what you want. you can always make it cool, unique and personal to you later on."

traveling has made me realize how little i need. 5 black t-shirts, 5 white t-shirts, 1 hoodie, 1 tracksuit, 1 pair of jeans, 1 pair of shorts, 1 pair of tracksuit, 2 pairs of shoes, underwear and socks. laptop, phone, kindle, fitbit, personal hygiene stuff, supplements. i used to have 3X the amount of stuff when i started traveling 5 years ago, but you over time you realize that power laws exist here too. for example, you wear 20% of your clothes 80% of the time and the rest you never wear. and if you need anything else, just buy it and give it away later. but sometimes i really miss having a base and collecting shit i don't need. thinking that next year i might setup a base, just have to decide on the place! PS. got rid of this suitcase for a smaller one

the 2nd and 3rd order effects of posting online are interesting. yes, posting online helps with organic sales. but it also helps with cold email. partnerships. trust in sales calls. everything. channels don't work in silos. they all work together.
