Being a VP at a Web3 startup involves overseeing every creative aspect that the brand touches including defining visual language for partnership decks, marketing websites, mobile apps, UX/UI design and much more. I totally love the opportunity to shift gears from product design and work on something different from time to time. My advice for young designers is to aim to become a T-shaped specialist. Learn as many design disciplines as you can early in your career if you want to get paid well.
