Surprised that people are “shocked” by the naked auditions when it was a known thing during my training that the 1st years at a VERY well known London drama school had to get naked on one of their first days.

A female focussed film festival I was gutted to not have ‘Hers’ selected for has reached out over a year later saying they remembered my film and although it couldn’t be selected because of limited programming they now want to feature it as “Short Of The Week”! So pleased!!

It’s taken almost 10 years, substantial growth and a lot of work and therapy to unlearn the damaging things I was made to believe about myself at drama school. I’m still dealing with the effects of the bullying and, on top of that, I’m thousands of ££ in debt for it! 😵💫🫠
We need radical transformation of drama school training. I can’t say it enough.
