The answer is (B). The reason is that the truck is "driving", not accelerating. If it was accelerating the answer is C. If Decelerating the answer is A. But because the truck is driving, the water's speed has matched the truck and thus it levels out.

Looks like earnings aren't up, just valuations. From 20x to 26x.
Back when the S&P was 3500 and 20x, earnings would have been around $175. Now at 4800 and 26x, earnings are $183.
This means earnings have risen 4.5% since then, yet valuations have risen 37%. 🤔 I don't know
