It's a tough nut to crack because the rates at which most people hire programmers on Roblox is complete garbage compared to other engines.
Why are there so many GFX artists but only like a hundred scripters? 🤨 Scripters gotta be the hardest devs to hire fr🥲 Especially cause most completely lie about their skill level. Making some clickable GUI is not the same thing as an entire game💀

Highly recommend this plugin!! I use it a lot for taking screenshots in studio for item icons. It's more than worth the price. Would've saved me literally hundreds of hours in the past

Monarchies inherently share the same problem. It's less about the system creating greed and more about how it channels and amplifies it
