We’re doing this here in Israel right now. After a positive test, the primary care physician is notified and contacts the eligible patient. The medicine is delivered to the home. It would take a more intensive coordination effort in the USA, but so important.

Use your platform to call for the immediate release of the hostages. Hamas must move all military assets away from hospitals. It's common knowledge that the Hamas command center is underneath Shifa Hospital. Move patients down there instead. Don't be complicit.

NATO needs to declare a humanitarian protection zone in the disaster area. Incoming fire will be overwhelmingly responded to at the source. An attack on NATO forces protecting the zone will be a declaration of war.
