Hi! You donβt need to lose weight to get tattooed! It is not easier to tattoo thin people! In fact itβs *harder* to tattoo loose skin (such as after weight loss)! Tattoos donβt have to be something you earn only if you lose a certain amount of weight.

Will always defend these because my absolute favorite copy of The Tale of Despereaux has deckled edges and I always absolutely loved it because it looked like little mice chewed on the pages (the book is about an unusual mouse who falls in love with a Princess).
I hate deckle edges oh my GOD. i use books with DECKLE EDGES for kindling they are so much less pleasant to read than a nice clean cut!

Yβall if your tattooer asks you to get undressed for a tattoo where you could easily just lift up your shirt, pant leg, etc, you should run. Even back pieces I have clients wear a button down backwards. Sternum have them wear a loose top, or a bralette that can be easily moved.

Iβll never forget when I tattooed for 24 straight hours for a Friday the 13th once and after my shop percentage (I got 40% and my shop got 60% at the time) was taken out of it, I had made maybe 500 bucks. Each tattoo was $31 which means I got about $12.4 for each tattoo I did. π.

Recently when clients are getting lettering tattooed I started having them sign/initial the stencil because itβs 1. proof that they DID approve the stencil, however it was spelled and 2. It helps them to slow down and actually read the writing! Sometimes -.

Well, someone finally died while getting tattooed under anesthesia. This is exactly what tattooers were trying to warn yall about when everyone called us dramatic. ANY time you go under anesthesia for a procedure, thereβs risk. Itβs really not worth it just to get a back piece.
