@drjdt2644 I don't take trauma call anymore, so not many awake intubations in ED. Do about 2 a month in OR for Cervical trauma.

@TBayEDguy @drlauraduggan Yes, aim for ant commisure, then retroflex tip as you pass cords. Works even for partially closed cords!
