I think this post sums up a lot of the problems we have with EDIIA efforts in higher education and beyond. While it's great to have a panel on this issue, I also feel a sense of deep discomfort (as a racialised minority woman living with disability)
It's the Social Justice, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion panel at @HETLAssociation with a great panel. However, there is an unfortunate lack of diversity to the panel members.
