@FitFounder @emilymiller 50 minutes prior swim session. coupled with half a pack of Gatorade zero and warm water. The effect is immediate for me in the water. IMMENSE ENERGY, I FEEL LIKE A DOLPHIN. CATCHING WATER IS SO MUCH EASIER.

you will need to make that call. long term (> 5 years), without even looking at the chart, i bet YES. short term (< 3 months) , unsure.... net gex negative, perhaps hinting some price swings in the near future, max negative gex at 350 for friday expiry, hinting support at 350... gotta monitor the next two fridays. lots of positions expiring.
