"Even leaders need a nudge" Good organisational behaviour is cultivated through a habit of excellence. Every leader who is able enough to communicate their vision and empower others to execute the mission statement, creates the golden formula for success. No man can move a mountain unless the task is shared by delegating respective roles. It has only been two and a half months since @KEADILAN newly appointed secretary-general YB Senator Dr @FuziahSalleh99 outlined her vision to strengthen the party by clearly defining roles, emphasising that discipline and a strong foundation are essential for the 25 year old maturing party. The sec-gen wasted no time to address grassroots nationwide by conducting open dialogue sessions in every state, with the purpose of listening and answering pertaining questions by loyal party members without any prejudice. No leader from the state chapter and respective divisions was spared from the harsh reality check by the sec-gen. Just like any backwashing process, clogged particles in the pipeline go through cleansing as part of the maintenance. The party's legacy issues are now being looked into by the sec-gen holistically and passionately, as one of her deputies mentioned it is a challenge to keep up with her pace. Reform is an ongoing process and I believe we need to be pragmatic when it comes to implementing ideals. Having said that, sometimes even leaders need a nudge. (The two head honchos Hadi & Rezal 💯)
