If youโre struggling with solat, start with 1 fardh timing first. Be consistent with that, & slowly increase it to 2, 3, 4, eventually 5. Donโt think tt one Solah you are struggling to do is worthless as Allah sees every single effort. He is al-Karim, generous with His rewards.

A practical tip on Solah that I've learned:. Every day, as soon as we wake up for Fajr prayers, make the intention to pray on time for every prayer of that day. Because intention is everything. And then see how Allah protects your time because you intend to protect your prayers.
